GENERAL INFORMATION

All products are on hand and available for pickup or shipping. Local delivery is not a option. Kute with Ke is owned by 1 person and is NOT affiliated with anyone else nor do I authorize for other brands, sellers, etc to use my content/pictures. If you’ve been scammed from someone claiming to be Kute with Ke or using my content then please contact your bank to file a fraudulent dispute. I’m NOT responsible for any purchases that hasn’t been made on kutewithke.com. I don’t accept personal transactions such as Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc. All orders must be placed via website. There are NO exceptions! Please make sure you select your correct size upon purchasing. Once the order is submitted, changes can’t be adjusted. Kute with Ke does not offer wholesale nor sale vendors. I will not tolerate any disrespectful, impatient or rude customers. As a result, you will be refunded/banned & not allowed to place any further orders. Please be advised that Kute with Ke has the right to decline orders/services to individuals that she doesn’t feel comfortable with. 

 

ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing time takes 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Kute with Ke does not offer same day shipping. Please make sure upon purchasing that your complete name, address, state & zip code is correct, I do not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery nor will the order be refunded. Changes cannot be adjusted once the order has been placed. Billing & Shipping info MUST match or your order will not be fulfilled. I do not under any circumstances accept orders with different billing & shipping info. I also do not accept orders with P.O. Boxes. All orders must have a physical matching billing & shipping address. Orders that contain different information will be canceled & a 5% restock fee will be deducted from your full refund. Fraudulent/high risk detected orders are strictly prohibited & will NOT be accepted. All orders are shipped through USPS priority mail & SIGNATURE DELIVERY is required. Upon shipping, all customers will receive a email from Kute with Ke Kollection’s regarding purchase confirmation. Orders must be confirmed within 24 hours, failure to do so will be canceled & refunded. I do not take responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items. If you come across any problems regarding your package, please contact your local post office for answers or to file a claim as all packages are fully insured. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your order. Shipping delays may apply due to COVID-19. Packages that are sent back via USPS due to unknown address, failure to sign for, failure to pickup from local postal office, etc will be refunded minus the shipping cost & a 8% restock fee will be deducted from your total amount. Once packages have been sent back, there are absolutely no second attempts! 

 

PICKUP POLICY

Pickup is located at 9148 S. Commercial Ave on Tuesday- Saturday from 11am to 7pm excluding major holidays. Please be advised this is a local Walgreens. Pickups will be held at a public setting to insure the safety of the seller & customer. After your order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email from Kute with Ke Kollection’s. Once that email has been confirmed, your order will be marked “ready for pickup” & you’ll receive a email notification stating so. Text 773-301-5432 your Full Name & order number to schedule a pickup date & time. Due to limited availability, Kute with Ke does not offer same day pickups. Pickups can be scheduled 24 to 48 business hours after the order has been successfully placed. Photo ID is required at pickup. Friends, Family, etc cannot pickup orders! Orders must be picked up from the person it was placed by as well as a matching photo ID provided. All pickup orders will receive a receipt at arrival. The customer name, order number, amount, payment method, date & arrival time will be listed on the receipt. Receipts are issued to keep paper trails on all picked up orders & to avoid fraudulent chargebacks from customers. Pickup orders must be picked up within 10 business days after your purchase date, failure to do so will result in a refund with a 8% restock fee deducted from the total cost. 

HAIR POLICY

Photo ID verification is required via email on ALL hair purchases. I will not under any circumstances fulfill any hair orders unless proof of identification has been verified. Fraudulent orders with proof of fake photo ID’s will result in legal matters & handed over to the police for a full investigation.

CUSTOM POLICY

All custom products will require photo ID verification via email. Custom orders will not be fulfilled unless proof of ID has been verified. Customers will receive physical product photos via email to insure guaranteed satisfaction upon shipping. There are absolutely no edits or adjustments that can be made once orders have been successfully received. 

REFUND POLICY

 ALL products are checked for rips, stains & defects upon pickup or shipping. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon submitting your order, please be very sure about your purchase. There are NO cancellations once your order has been successfully placed. There are absolutely NO cancellations once your order has been shipped out. If your order has been canceled by Kute with Ke, please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed to your bank account.
